It was eight years later after the issue of first Wedgwood Prestige booklet when  a second publicity Wedgwood booklet was issued. The issue date was 16th April 1980. This booklet was actually inscribed January 1980.

Again as with the first it was printed by Harrison and Sons. The stamps are FCP/ PVAD (Dextrin ) Gum .

The pictorial cover shows an oil painting of Josiah Wedgwood and his kin, The painting was commissioned by Josiah to the famous artist George Stubbs.

Se tenant label stamp panes and interleaves continue the story from the fist booklet and describe Wedgwood, the potteries and products made at the factory.

The method of manufacture changed on this issue, Panes have a complete margin surrounding the stamps so trimmed perforations can not occur during guillotining process.

This could have been due to pressure from philatelists after the problems encountered with the trimmed perforations on the ½p side band on the previous issue
